Yea I loved this trailer. I'm also done watching anything else. Wish the first movie still held up but it's almost unwatchable at this point. With all the reboots they are doing wish they would do that one but just make it the exact same.
The first one is unwatchable but you want it remade exactly the same?
Wouldnt that also be unwatchable?

Do you mean unwatchable as in the shitty digital camera footage?

Yea the quality of image is just so bad. I actually like 28 days more than 28 weeks later but end up just watching 28 weeks later because of how bad 28 days looks.

Great trailer. Boyle is amazing.

Im curious why the soldiers look shocked though. They grew up with this shit their whole lives.

Also, aren’t these infected not really zombies? I don’t remember if they needed head shots to die.

Yeah it’s total shame. I’m not even sure what they could with the original footage if they tried to remaster it.

You also can’t stream it or buy a physical copy so it’s quite literally almost impossible to watch now.

Watched days for the first time this past weekend. Couldn't get through it. The cinematography choices were something i wasn't down with. It looked terrible, especially mixed with the spastic cut scenes.

didn't get the hype

It's been a while but from what I remember reading there's pretty much nothing they can do with it because of the equipment they used to film it.

I don't blame you. Apparently HD TV's made the image look even worse. On old TV's it's not as bad which is when it came out and everyone loved it. It just needs to be remade. I wouldn't mind a few changes to the plot but overall the plot needs to be left a lone. I guess they would need to hire new actors now also.

I think there's been major retconning or plot changes to how the infected act.. 28 days established that they'd starve to death if there wasn't a food source.

Looking forward to this one.

Official Trailer for Danny Boyle's 28 YEARS LATER Starring Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson

Academy Award-winning director Danny Boyle and Academy Award®-nominated writer Alex Garland reunite for 28 Years Later, a terrifying new story set in the world created by 28 Days Later. It’s been almost three decades since the rage virus escaped a biological weapons laboratory, and now, still in a ruthlessly enforced quarantine, some have found ways to exist amidst the infected. One such group of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single, heavily-defended causeway. When one of the group leaves the island on a mission into the dark heart of the mainland, he discovers secrets, wonders, and horrors that have mutated not only the infected but other survivors as well. In theaters June 20, 2025.

I want see this.

Loved the first film haven't seen the second one though, so main question is why isn't the actor of the first one in it? Did he die in the second one?

Trailer looks meh to me. I like the first two movies.
wow. I had the opposite impression - that was one of the better trailers I've ever seen. I hope the movie lives up to the trailer

28 days is a gold-plated classic. Definitely on my list of favourite movies. 28 weeks is just okay.

This looks cool, but I'm a little dubious about what seems to be a bunch of mutated giant zombies? seems like that might not add anything other than a bit of the old gimmickry.

Damn. That trailer was intense! Anyone else notice zombie Cillian Murphy in the trailer? :(

Amazing trailer. I hope the movie's half as good as the first one. The Godspeed You! Black Emperor song (East Hastings) was such an amazing choice and set the tone for the rest of movie.

The song was also used in a Peaky Blinders episode btw.

I was lucky enough to see them live twice. Quite the experience.

The virus is like super rabies
