MMA fans are often schizophrenic.

Often the same guys you see bitching about how cheap the UFC is in fighter pay and how evil they are, are the same ones you see bitching if a fighter is sitting out, does not take a last minute fight or do other things while they are first trying to get a contract or negotiate a new deal that looks out for their best interest.

The UFC is never, not looking out for its own self interest and fighters increasingly now have the power to do the same.
