I’m a huge Topuria nuthugger, but I might have to go to with Ruffy. Just too smooth and effortless. There are a lot of brutal KO’s but it’s rare to see one as clean as Ruffy’s walkoff.

I really wanted to vote for Murphy but after watching these gifs, Ruffy is the clear winner

Topuria has murder in his hands and its unarguably the most impressive WIN on the list, but its straight forward good technique and power. KO of the year has to have some flourish, its more about style points.

Ruffy's wheel kick was completely bonkers - a low percentage move executed to perfection and Green collapsed like a sack of potatoes. My pick hands down.

Lerone is my second choice for effectiveness and flair, but a spinning elbow isn't difficult to execute its difficult to time. Brilliant decision considering Pico fights all gas no brakes.

Jaron didn't even KO the dude with his kick, what are we doing?

I loved that XFC one, but dude wasn't KO'd and I'm gonna need absolute total proneness to qualify for KOTY!

I just can't get behind Ruffy with the wheel kick over Green, and the wheel kick is one of my absolute favorite techniques when pulled off.

In 2016 they gave KO of the year to Lando Vannata for his wheel kick on John Makdessi, so I guess whenever someone lands a wheel kick KO in the UFC it automatically gets KO of the year.

To me the only deserving wheel kick for KO of the year was Barboza on Etim....maybe I'm just a hater though.

Hard to beat a high kick, both walked off with no unnecessary shots with both their opponents being slump dead.

Voting Ruffy since it was the year of the spinning shit and the spin kick should win.
