Michigan claims they dont play night games because they dont want Michigan fans to have to travel home in the middle of the night in brutal winter weather but its also because they dont want drunk assholes causing ruckus after a full day of partying, and those shitbird SEC teams have proven this year that its a valid concern with their hillbilly ass fans causing more and more chaos every week

Its not just OSU, its lots of teams. I don’t think it was even allowed in the Big 10 until one of the more recent TV deals. I think it mostly comes down to problems with the fans. Its just less likely to turn into a shit show if its in the daylight.
