2020 GT500 power finally confirmed

Whatever. The current generation Camaro SS can beat an M4 GTS around a race track.
The last Gen Coyote Mustang also beat the M3 e92 at the track. It's still a crustang. BMW owners didn't care and E92 still holds more value.

LOL @ holds more value. Nobody expects a Mustang to be an investment. The fact is that US muscle cars can match Euro performance for a fraction of the price. That's the appeal.

If you care about a fun driving experience, you can have it for cheap.

There is no appeal to Domestic Iron Blocks that look like the V6 Mustang a high school girls daddy bought her. If were' talking GT350R type Mustang that's a different story. Nobody who is shopping for an AMG benz, M3, Audi is shopping for a domestic piece of crap Mustang or Camaro. They don't care how much faster they are.

The last gen GT500 holds better value than the e92. Pretty much all BMW's tank except for really special cars like the 1series M Coupe. And yes, the regular Mustang GT is much cheaper, but then again so is the e92 335i.

To be fair, I think the e92 M3 WILL go up in value in the next 20 years. And it will be the last BMW M car to be collectible mainly because it has a v8 and manual transmission. The F80 M3 prices will fall off a cliff.

I rarely see Gt500s anymore. Always a Mustang gt modified. Type of guys that will rev their engine at their own neighbors and drag race home at 2am. The m3 owners were usually more civilized. Also you nailed it. That e92 was manual and v8 and it’s an m3. Value keeps going up.

Best bang for your buck will always be Mustang but m3 owners aren’t cross shopping for mustangs they don’t care about who’s the fastest.

American muscle car designers.
We gave it a ton of horsepower, we also pushed the curb weight over 4000lbs
2019 Mercedes-AMG C63 S CURB WEIGHT 3,950-3,700 lb
2019 Audi RS5 Sportback CURB WEIGHT 3,968 to 4,057 lbs
2019 Chevrolet Camaro SS CURB WEIGHT 3685 lbs
2019 Ford Mustang GT CURB WEIGHT 3705 lbs

Looks like the Germans are fatter. Don't know why people insist on regurgitating old stereotypes on topics they have no intention of being informed on.

I have a GT350 and my kid txts me a pic of the 500 today saying, GET THIS!
oh and yea he wants me to get the new Cayman GT4 as well. pfft, lottery win yet?

my pony has 535HP, enough to get around the track quick enough I'd say. but that allure of more power is enticing.

Countless people have traded in their M, RS and AMG cars for Hellcats/ZL1's/GT350's. It's an upward trade, not a lateral one.

M3 owners are just as trashy as Mustang guys. They're bought to "flex", and tend to have Akrapovic exhausts with chrome wraps. lol@civilized. Civilized people drive a debadged Merc.

American cars love using horsepower to cover up the fact that they are junk.

baby dick losers like to cry about everything nice because they are too poor to afford it.
poor you
go put some ketchup on your steak and get the fuck out

not sure where 'trashy' comes into play. certainly not with me. this is an E46 from 05 with 39K original miles I have as well. bone stock, a real ripper.
my other car is track only, a 91 Turbo Miata.

Theyve basically become the Civics of this era. Attracting the doucheiest loudest kids.

M3 owners have always been known to be douchebags, but mustang owners have taken that crown.

Mustangs owners are their own niche crowd, that likes to plow into crowds at cars and coffee. Their owners make the car look bad, they are the laughing stock of car enthusiasts .
