You do realize the people making those truly awful decisions, are a very small percentage of the insurance industry, right?
The health insurance industry not insurance generally. But no it's everyone because murder isn't a bug in the system it's an inherent product of the business. The business is rationing a product that can't be insured and to break even and make a profit murder is required. It is not a bug in the system, it is the product of the day to day operations of a health insurance business. It is a slaughterhouse and while the janitors clearly aren't culpable pretty much everyone else you listed(especially the actuary's)most certainly are.
They killed 45,000(old study)-70,000(new study) people a year. Normally people aren't worried about the feelings of murderers. But apparently you are.
