Lebron wasn't perfectly positioned, but he was positioned to the satisfaction of all the rules to sustain the charge. Kevin isn't in control of his body, and barrels into him initiating the contact. Initiation of contact is like possession: it's 9/10th of your law, here. If the defender isn't initiating it is nearly impossible to attribute the charge to him unless his body is grossly out of position, and it wasn't.
