How does one qualify to vote in a WR poll?

This year the criteria was 200 posts this year in the WR and a join date before November 2016. You have both so it's just a matter of being signed up at the correct time. That's why I noted to check next year. Some people don't notice the round 1 thread so I just tag them and let them know they were added

The account was made in late 2005. I stopped following MMA for about a year around 2006-2007. When I came back to MMA I had forgotten my login. I still can't remember it.
