I only informed candidates via PM. I neglected the idea that someone else would do so and I have to enforce it outside of candidates as well cause they could just get their VP or supporter to do it for them. I thought I had realized all the gaps from last year but it appears I am still missing certain spots.

You should know from last year that if I'm not a candidate/VP, I'm probably behind the scenes getting things done.
