I once suffered from a severe concussion. Allow me to translate:

He had a genetic test that indicates he's not the daddy of the girl in the picture. He didn't fuck her while raising her as a daughter because they were presumably biologically related but he's now willing to say he thinks that the girl he raised as a daughter is totally hot. So he wants to fuck her but still feels weird about it. And is asking for advice about boning her from his fanbase on Twitter.
