Ragland is all over the place in mocks, teens, 20s, tail end of 1st, I even saw him sliding to round 2 in one. I'm thinking the Raiders see who slides with all the QB craziness going on and they may end up with a quality top 10 guy.

Never thought Mack would fall but we got damn lucky and Carr with the 2, had a choice of Williams and Coop last year, hoping for some more luck in the draft.
 
I dint think Mack fell. Who was suppose take him at 1,2,3 or 4?
 
We were "supposed" to draft Sammy Watkins. Buffalo traded up and took Watkins instead. Mack "fell" to us. I think.

The other version I'm thinking of is Buffalo already traded ahead of the draft and everyone thought Mack would go to them since he went to college in Buffalo.

One more version of my shit memory was Jax might pass on QB and take him but they didn't pass.

People thought anyone could including Houston at one point. Mack was a legit prospect that was more of a safe pick minus the flashy backfield tackle that was played on a loop by Mr Clowney.
 
Must be old age kicking in cause I don't remember Mack being talked about as a top pick. Worked out great for us though, we got the best player in the draft.

I do remember I wanted Sammy at the time and very earlier on I wanted Clowney
 
So who are the top projected linebackers this year? Which ever one we take I'm positive it will be the right choice. Jack, Reggie and Norton were all LBs so I like to think they know what to look for
 
Definitely old age cause Mack was called the best player in the draft by just about everyone

i remember during the college season i loved clowney but as the season went on i didnt want him on the raiders.

so if money permits i will be passing on the raiders game this year and going to a conert in Cali. Talks of a 3 day concert with The Stones, The Who, Roger Waters, Neil Young, Bob Dylan and Paul McCartney

I know this aint your kinda music but the whole Bay Area is worked up about this concert
Tickets didnt even make it outta pre-sale before they sold out
I cant wait its gonna be dope as hell

That would be great, nothing wrong with those bands. i smoked alot of dope in my younger days to Steve Miller. Santana is one hell of a guitar player
 
Aldon Smith Trial News


An arrest warrant was reportedly issued Friday in Miami for former 49ers linebacker Nick Moody, who is scheduled to be a witness in Aldon Smith’s trial on charges of DUI, and hit and run.

Moody was asked to appear in a Miami courtroom Friday to assure a judge that he would travel to California to take the stand as a witness against his former teammate, the Miami Herald reported.

Moody, 26, who spent 2013 and ’14 with the 49ers, is a Miami Beach resident. According to the report, Moody “has vanished, ignoring e-mails, text messages and calls from prosecutors on both coasts.”

“I’m stunned that Mr. Moody defied the court’s direct order to appear today,” Miami-Dade prosecutor Christine Zahralban told the judge, the Herald reported.

In September, the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office filed three misdemeanor charges against Smith stemming from an Aug. 6 incident that led to his release from the 49ers.

Smith signed with the Raiders a month later and appeared in nine games before the NFL suspended him for one year for violating the league’s policy on substances of abuse.

The charges against Smith are: DUI with a prior conviction and refusal to submit to a chemical test; hit and run with property damage; and vandalism under $400.

The 49ers released Moody before the start of last season. He signed with the Seattle Seahawks and saw action in three games. Moody is currently a free agent.

Moody and Smith were together the day Smith was arrested in Santa Clara, the Herald reported, citing court documents. Smith’s trial is scheduled to start May 2. Miami-Dade prosecutors acted on behalf of Santa Clara prosecutors to order Moody to report to California to act as a witness, the Herald reported.

According to the Herald, if Moody is arrested in Florida, prosecutors are expected to request he is held in jail until he can be transported to California. He could also be held in contempt of court and sentenced to jail time.
