I posted links to several in the Trump Dump v2, which was merged with the Election 2016 thread. He lost at least two suits for descriminating against black residents in his buildings, he was fined by Atlantic City for removing all black employees from the floor when high rollers would come in and he was sued by at least one employee of the Miss America pageant for descriminating against blacks.

You have the one rental one that had a follow up, I guess you could call that civil rights, the gambling one being pinned to him is even more tenuous than the rental and I have yet to see any proof of your last one.

yes they were all wrong about brexit, too. the media gets paid by clinton and they are also liberal biased. they did the same thing with bernie sanders, he won a lot of polls and states that the media said he was losing. indiana for example. his win was only a surprise to people following the medias bullshit.

ummm I listed at least 3 occasions where he was found violating civil rights. Math is hard, I know. 1973,1978,1992.

I know reading is hard, but the 70's was all the same incident, but I will cede that he was at least the pres. of the corp and fought the charges so you can claim it was him.

i dont know of a single pollster that said sanders would win oregon. some had him even at like 33% to 48% to lose and he won 56% to 44%. if i had time to sit down and really compile the data i feel rather certain donald trump in all actuality is probably ahead by 3-6 points i would guess. just based on how biased every poll has been with clinton.

You can deal with almost all of these things locally. Values and attitudes are all on you. Most of the teachers teaching your kids live in your communities. Parents can and should step in when they need to. Drug and alcohol use is a choice. And you might not be able prevent yourself from becoming a victim of violent crime, but you can definitely prevent yourself from becoming a perpetrator.

The economy- you are gonna need some help with that at the national level. But if you look at the last 8 years of Democratic leadership and compare it to the prior 8 of Republican leadership, I don't see how you can come away thinking Republican policies are the answer. It's taken 8 years to get the economy half way out of the ditch.

Its much much easier to not do the local things necessary to turn things around than to do them. That is why they have not been done.

Things like education, economy, and high crime can be traced back to liberal and democratic policies both local and national. The attitudes and values that we have that plague us can be traced back to liberal and democratic rhetoric and propaganda. That's why I say the liberals and democrats have destroyed generations if communities.

So a lot of people have picked apart the letter from Trump's "doctor" verifying that Trump is in excellent health. This doctor, Jen Gunter, did an examination of Trump's letter that had me laughing out loud because:

If you didn't hear, the doctor who supposedly wrote this letter died in 2010.

It was NOT all the same incident. In 1973, the company was investigated for using special codes to identify black people, so they knew who to pass up.

The article even stated,

But less than three years later, the DOJ and the Trumps were back in court again, with the government charging that the real estate company wasn’t complying with the agreed terms in the consent decree. In 1978, the DOJ charged that “racially discriminatory conduct by Trump agents has occurred with such frequency that it has created a substantial impediment to the full enjoyment of equal opportunity.”

They weren't complying with the agreed terms, meaning they were still discriminating against blacks.

As for the casino incident, there are TONS of casinos in the country that have never been fined for discrimination. You're telling me that it's a coincidence that a casino owned by a man that has gone to court for discrimination was also fined 200k for discrimination? Come on man.

He didn't REALLY mean that a judge was incapable of doing his job because of his heritage, or accusing the black president of being from Africa, or saying that illegals were rapists, or pointing out the singular black guy at his rally.

You are dreaming. Trump is not even really campaigning. He is not even really running. He goes from one high population center to another and hosts monster truck rallies for his acolytes.

He is not doing anything, ANYTHING he needs to do to get votes away from Hillary or sway people still on the fence.

He has almost no ground network in any state. Hillary has vast ground networks. She has people canvassing. She has people calling. Trump has none of that. I live in upper middle class suburban North Florida. It would be fair to describe our enclave as a Trump Mecca. I have already been canvassed twice by Hillary supporters. They get blown away most of the time in our neighborhood, but I bet that through their efforts, the % of our neighborhood that will vote Clinton has gone from 10% to 30% or maybe even a little more. Do you think Trump is doing the same thing in downtown Jacksonville or Miami?

Hillary is spending vast sums of money on adds. Trump has spent very little. If you live in a swing state, you are getting blitzed with videos of Trump spouting out one hateful thing after another. It is making a big impact.

Hillary has loads of popular surrogates out there working for her. Bill, Barrack, Michelle, Joe. And often as not they are in DIFFERENT places than she is. What few people Trump has (Riebus/Gulliani) are literally with him all the time (presumably babysitting).

Hillary could win by 300 electoral votes and 10 million popular votes. Trump is just one little fuck-up away (income taxes/debate) away from putting Texas in play. TEXAS!!!

I don't know that it is. The race has been pretty stable since the conventions, and I know you disagree, but I still think it's more likely to get a little closer than wider. What that could indicate is that all the ads, rallies, communications, etc., as well as the stupid campaign-season stories don't really matter. Could be that one really good thing that comes from all this is that a lot less money is spent on campaigns going forward, and we get blitzed with a lot less bullshit. Maybe not, but it's a possible result here.
