Thats probably fair. The Growth and Opportunity Report laid out a framework that appeard to be making a move in that direction. Dont know how much of that got annihilated by Trump and his supporters though.

I think the problem is some of their Hispanic prospects are west coast republicans and could be seen as more moderate in comparison to what we see on the national stage. I think Sandoval is going to be huge if he is ambitious enough and I think he is
