Oh, it definitely is for Iowa. In recent years Iowa has more wins than losses against Michigan but before 2002 Iowa was something like 8-35 vs Michigan. And some of those wins happened before the Great Depression.

Iowa State beat Kansas in order to not be the worst Big12 or power 5 team.
And to round it out, Northern Iowa also won.
Every Iowan will be drunk tonight.

I'm guessing that finishing with 2 losses, one to a FCS team, will make them the odd man out if the other conference champs also have 2 or fewer losses.
