Or Bradley or Isaiah, yea. Supposedly Indiana wants Nets 17' and 3 of the 4 between Smart, Bradley, Crowder and Brown. That doesn't put the Celtics over the top and doesn't stop George from going home to LA, like everyone says he wants to do.

Well if you're living in fear of being unable to re-sign your own FAs then yeah I guess you probably shouldn't acquire anyone who might become a FA one day. Best to just hoard draft picks, brutally miss on all those picks, cap your ceiling at potential 2nd round yoff team, rinse/repeat

No im fine with the Celtics going after Free Agents this offseason, not interested in giving up your entire current team and its future for 16 months of a player that doesn't put you over the top. Im also not in love with paying Isaiah and are more interested in having Fultz or Ball for the next 8-10 years.

I can only hope some gm is stupid enough to offer wad more money. If the past couple of years have been any indicator though, it just might happen.

For what they just gave up in this trade, they may have even been able to pick up cousins, instead they get a couple of useless players from okc. Embarrassing.
 
Ahh the C's fail to acquire Raul24 and the Lakers don't have to gut the team and risk another Dwert12 situation to get Raul and will more than likely keep the pick.
