TBF, the jays steal a lot of signs too it's up to the pitcher and catcher to switch the signs up. can't blame KC for taking advantage. I'm not giving up yet, we'll see what happens the next two games KC isn't Texas tho, they're legit it's going to be tough.

LOL @ blaming Gibbons. Price was at 75 pitches with 3 left handed hitters coming up the only option was Loup. You really wanted one of the worst RP in baseball in the game? The blame should go to Price and no one else I'm tired of hearing about Goins costing the Jays the game and Price getting a free pass.

I'm Not giving him a free pass of course he gave up the runs but the manager job is to know your players price has been worn down and basically ever since his last regular season start has looked iffy

Assburgers should stay put. He seems to be happy there

and that shit was 100% on Price

Greinke is going to or really should opt out. He could end up back in LA but they are going to have to sign him to another big deal.

They gave Price a week off to end the season he was brought here to win playoff games. He was dominating until the first two runners got on. We know the end result so it's easy to play arm chair QB the next day. The fact is Price was at 75 pitches he wasn't tired he just didn't execute his pitches Gibbons would've been murdered either way. If Cecil wasn't hurt I could see an argument being made to bring him in, but he wasn't available. the only LHP the jays had was Loup and we saw how that turned out.

Honestly it didn't seem like Price was worn down to me, was completely dominating that lineup for a long stretch he just didn't execute his pitches in the 7th. Plus IIRC he got a ground ball but the Royals, being the Royals sent Hosmer on the hit/run and stayed out of the DP.

Baseball being baseball, the Royals being a contact heavy team that barely strikes out, defense being iffy, and Price missing on a few of his pitches all combined there

At the very least after 2 runs they should have taken him out

Dude just isn't reliable after a certain point even if he was smoking prior to it

He gave up 3 runs in relief against rangers

He is just worn out, you can say I'm playing armchair QB but I counted those first 6 innings as a lottery and was grateful didn't think he can go longer

You can believe me if you want I turned to my wife and I said I have a bad feeling about this 7th

At the very least he has not shown he has battled out of any jams late in a playoff game

There was never a question of whether he would opt out or not, he's looking for that last big guaranteed contract now and not when he's 36. Dodgers will probably give him 6 years.

I would be shocked if he's not back with the Dodgers.

Daniel Norris has cancer, damn. Poor guy, hope he beats that shit.

Pete Rose looks like he wishes he was home betting on baseball durning the fox pre game.

He was still with the Jays when it was discovered and the Tigers knew about it before the trade, doctor said he could put off surgery until the season ended. Having that thought in your head while pitching and not anyone knowing must be a really surreal thing.

Pretty fucking ridiculous the ALCS is on Fox Sports 1
