Superstars have never and will never get called for that, most are good at fainting it as well like MJ could so that the ref couldn't notice. Kind of like a phantom tag at second base in beisbol when a runner is stealing and the SS is a few feet in front of the bag and kicks up a ton of dirt as he swipes the tag.

I'm not mad at that Bogut foul on Howard at all, he did what he had to in order to prevent as easy put back.
