Gotta do what you gotta do to stay competitive. Toronto isn't huge destination for FA's in the NBA. Also it's not that bad of a contract considering we were paying Jose Calderon and Hedo Turkoglu like around the same $$ and we told them both to GTFO.

Justifying contracts due to bad contracts is never a smart way to go.

That said, I think Lowry for Tony Parker money isn't a bad investment.
