It would have been cool to see LeBron on another team. Instead we're going to get an even sleazier version of the Heat. Awesome...

People bitch that Lebron left Cleveland.

People bitch if he decides to stay in Miami.

I didn't criticize LeBron for leaving Cleveland and I'm not going to criticize him for staying in Miami. I said it would have been cool to see him on another team.

Id rather see bron stay with the heat then join the west. But it feels like the whole east is saying lets help the heat represent us, lets not improve ourselves at all

Down with conferences, imo. Top 16 teams.

As fun as it is to root against the Heat I have to give them credit for pulling this off

Mid-Tier PG Salaries 14/15

Code:
Calderon : $7 Million
Dragic: $7.5 Million
Jennings : $8 Million
G. Hill : $8 Million
Teague : $8 Million
Conley : $8.8 Million
Holiday: $11 Million
Lawson: $11.6 Million

Lol, Lin : $15 Million

Lowry can easily get in the 8-9 Million range, and then even negotiate more from there based on the team.

Let's see how much he ends up leaving on the table to join the Super Friends.

You don't think every team in the East would love to see the "Heatles" break up?

hornets gave shabazz to heat, making bron more likely to stay for a couple late 2's from Miami (55-60) most likely, Lowry would stay if Raptors paid him, Gorat would stay if payed. It feels like the east isnt aggressive other than the bulls this offseason. Its early of course, nothing has really happened yet, but thats the vibe I get

I really am surprised Wade is opting out, I figured his career was mostly over at this point why not just take the money and play it out?

Because the only reason he's still relevant is because of Bern. If he doesn't take a paycut for being the useless scum that he is, Bern will definitely leave.

Bosh officially opts out as well. I would have a laugh if they all left, but that isn't happening it seems..

Rockets also opted not to pick up option on Parsons.

We will see where the real Heat fans are at if they all opt out

Wade's minutes are gonna to be ridiculously low over the next few years for pay he's gonna get.

The Heat having such a stranglehold on the East isn't good for anyone, but by nature of it being a stranglehold, there's not much that can be done about it. Especially when players are willing to take paycuts to be apart of it. It sucks the Hornets made that trade, but that's one team. We'll see what happens in free agency.

Parsons rejected by the Rockets

On the contrary, they plan to keep him; he's a restricted FA.

Some team can really fuck them financially by offering him a huge deal, but as long as they are set on paying the luxury tax, they will match any offer.

Likely after they sign another star that is (or at least that's what they hope to do).

Told all you fools they would get opt outs to retool.

Also from the Wade/Bosh/Haslem opt out article "In recent days, teams that have hoped to schedule pitch meetings with James once the free-agency period begins next week have been unable to do so, sources told ESPN.com."

RETOOL LOOMS 2015

In other big news, Nikola Mirotic is playing for the Bulls in the upcoming season. McDermott and Mirotic just raised the Bulls IQ and decreased the team's overall fast-twitch muscle fibers.

in all seriousness, this guy is legit. One of the best Euro players right now. Probably a better prospect than Dario Saric.

At the end of the day, a group of Robins will always struggle to beat even a single seasoned and grizzled Batman, that is surrounded by a good squad. cHeat learned this the hard way vs the Mavs and Spurs. No surprise to see them retool.

Not sure exactly how many Betas it takes to match a single Alpha, but the cHeat hope to have somewhere around 6 or 7 by the start of the season.
