I love my Padres but we are not just having a bad season. We are having a historically bad season. Like that tweet said on the ESPN article about Lincecum's no hitter, with Coleman and Gwynn dying and the team fielding an unwatchable group, this could be the worst season in Padres history. The Padres are having the worst offensive season in modern MLB history. Its only by a complete fluke that we don't have the worst record. We are ranked 25th in our best offensive category (home runs, which is another head scratcher). Hope the new GM can turn this around because we are on pace to have the worst hitting offense in MLB history.
Congrats to Lincecum.
Congrats to Lincecum.
