Actually we were 10-0. We had the Cardinal Pujols(my oldest) and the Rangers Hamilton(assistant coaches LH kid), so we mashed the ball but had a can rotation. It was coach pitch and I've had 3 cortisone shots in my elbow in the last 3 years so the back door slider wasn't working well. I guess the can rotation was a good thing since it was my kids hitting.
 
Scherzer against can haren tonight? That game should be a blood bath.
 
Fucking Reds just can't get out of their own way. Finally jump out to a nice lead early and proceed to give up 4 in the bottom of the 2nd. I don't know how Homer Bailey isn't 5-80 for his career. Seems like if he isn't throwing a no hitter he is absolute shite.
 
The NL Central isn't as good as people think.

Ya i thought he looked good in the couple starts he had for us last year. Doubront is certainly better then hes show so far, but if he has another bad start i could see him just being thrown on the 15 day DL. Seems like they are already stretching Workman out with the 4 innings tonight.

I have no idea what they are doing with the lead off spot. I thought Nava could be ok there if he hit like he did last year + he sees a lot of pitches. But hes come out of the gates looking like the 4 A player he really is. My guess was he was in there today because the Rangers had a lefty on the mound.

My guess is that Farrell wont put Bradley in there because he is afraid he'll get rattled, but if its not him it should be Sizemore or Bogaerts imo. Bogaerts has already proven himself in pressure spots last year.

Funny how juice won't even help Pujols at this point.

Archer is really good. And looks like he's 18.
 
Listening to other broadcasts makes me appreciate the Mets crew even more. Best in the business.
