Something tells me she can put a beatdown!
No offense, but it seems personal bias is coloring your argument.
Or experience, a lifetime of seeing referees at the highest possible level.
I've seen bad referees and good ones; once upon a time if you were F.I.F.A., you were good. In my opinion, good referees don't need instant replay, and I think it would make the game less enjoyable.
To be fair, it's been years since I watched soccer, I spent too many years watching too many games and it stopped being fun for me. F.I.F.A. seems to have soured and has become something of an international joke, so how the game is called may have changed. I'd be surprised, but it's possible.
In your opinion, what kind of calls are being missed and how would instant replay fix the problem?
Is the problem incompetent or corrupt referees?
Are replays needed to hold referees to a higher standard?

You should see how bad the ref'g was up until 1986. The final straw was a 1982 game reffed by an English guy who didn't move outside of the center circle. After that fiasco FIFAut in standards for 1986 including a fitness test.
