He was injured though...it was expected. Would have liked to see Neuer win it but after Ronaldo's year there was no way..

He's still a better player and much more valuable to any team than Ronaldo is or ever will be and history will show it that way. You guys can fetishize your sculpted adonis all you want, or you can just appreciate the history and innovation that Lio Messi.
 
Seriously, why Hairnaldo didn't rip his suit and flexed his pythons? Did it at the CL final, why not here?
