I absolutely believe this version of Cain would absolutely destroy any version of Stipe.

That being said, Cain's ridiculous string of rematches/injuries made him more of a myth than a proven commodity in the GOAT discussion IMO. I still do not think Stipe is even top 5 HW MMA GOAT though. Absolutely nothing about his reign impresses me and I think he just tremendously benefitted from being around when all of the greats were at the tail ends of their careers. He is the definition of a good but not great fighter IMHO
