We'll see when the league starts, but I wouldn't be wetting myself with excitement if we signed him. My Man U mates seem to be divided, some are happy as it means that Cleverley and Fellaini will be pushed further from the starting line up. Others aren't really impressed at all.

I am excited b/c MUFC finally signed a proper CM. The less Cleverley plays, the better.

We don't need players who induce wetting of ones self, we need someone who can do his damn job for once in the midfield. This guy has a lot of good attributes and above all won't hide in matches. If he wasn't Spanish he'd be in plenty of other national sides and probably be more well known. We don't need anymore mental midgets like Cesc hanging around so I am delighted really.

Also glad the Shaw deal is done. It's such a stark contrast to last summer in every way. Bring on the next one Woody!

More or less how my mates are feeling, although more relieved and mostly due to the farce that was your summer window last year.

TBH, my Man U views are shaped by their pessimism. It's gone from them constantly taking the piss out of me to being overly gloomy and negative. The older ones anyway.

Good signings so far ideally need another cm like vidal as the rumours go or strootman a winger like depay/sanchez and a cb like miranda then that would be a amazing transfer window

All the signings plus the alleged added up to around 70 m, budget is reported to be 60 m and we haven't sold anyone yet.

This, however, probably kills the Sanchez and Shaqiri links unless someone big goes aka Suarez. Which is a bit strange as Balague seems to think Sanchez is deciding between Liverpool and Juventus.

yes because of LFC he wanted to leave but was forced because of a lie , this time alot more factors are involved they already look stupid defending him being racist and his second cannibal attempt it only hurts their image and sponsorship possibilities ( Adidas , 888poker already canceling their deals with him) so I doubt they are that keen to keep him this time when they can cash in with Barca

I think you overestimate his imagine and sponsorship "cancelled" possibilities. When clubs like Barca and Real Madrid don't give a fuck about it, neither should any other club with decent money. People forgive shit in sports fast when winning is happening. It's a reality.

If you think they're eager to sell, you're living on a different planet than the rest of us.
