Ugh ... 3-1 to Everton ... they are too close for comfort, I feel that we are gonna have to go to Goodison and win.
 
Do people actually think Gus Poyet has done a good job at Sunderland?

I know when he took over Sunderland were bottom, but they are still looking likely to be relegated, and he took over after only 6 games.

I ask because my stepdad, who is a fan, thinks he has been terrific.

Look whatbhea done compared to PDC. With PDC we had what 1 point in how many games? GP has gotten us to a cup final, put some wins under our belt, and enlivened a team that was the butt of many jokes.

PDC brought so many people in and just caused a huge dissent among the players and him.

With what Poyet has had to work with, I think he's done a good job. We still have a shot at not getting relegated. Tomorrow is a must win if we want to see that happen.

Just get rid of altidore is all I ask.

I don't think he has been bad necessairily, but neither do I think he should be lauded. There are at least 3 teams with worse squads, imo. If Sunderland do stay up, I think you can say he has been decent, but I feel a really top manager could get that squad to about 12th.

The League Cup is nice to win, but means very little in reality.

Maybe i should bet on Pool now so this ends as a draw!
 
I don't know if he should be lauded but the fans love him. Will say that with how Leicester is playing I'm looking forward to seeing them in the PL next season.
 
Not regretting my spread bet on various strong Liverpool wins right now.
