I worked with a guy (he was the manager of a gym I worked at while in college) that would handycap for people, made some really good money. He did American football, boxing and horse racing. Dude got a percentage from the people he helped which he usually parlayed into his own bets. He did so well usually about once a month he'd take us all out to the Dollhouse and drop about $5,000 on booze and strippers.

At first I felt bad, then the other guys there told me he didn't like going by himself and knew we all made shit for money working there and were all in school so it was his way to show appreciation.

That sounds awesome. I would like to give it a shot, but the bulk of the vcash I've is from football, which is almost over. I've done decent with the NBA, though. Ironically enough, I'm in college and work at a gym. lol

I would say that mayberry, more so than other sub-forums, has more clearly defined niches carved out. Zookeepergabe is probably the fo to person for animal questions, but tdotkom(whatever) and tcekiller know their animals as well. I know my animal shit pretty well, also, especially insects, but those posters are on another level.

That's just one category.

'cuffs was never on the list, far as I remember. She's on a couple other ones though.

I went with Mick for well-roundedness. I usually agree with his judgement and keep my mouth shut when I don't lol.

Darwinian doesn't really post here anymore, although in a twist of irony I'm pretty sure I did see him in the Heavies yesterday...

He was more a placeholder that I threw in at the beginning who happened to survive. Consider it an honourary nomination for past contributions.
