A lot of question marks are in the air now, I'm wondering what you guys think about any of these...

1. Johnny Hendricks can't make weight at 170 and just got a onesided defeat against no.12
Will Johnny have any shot at success at 185, or is he basically done as a contender?

2. Mark Hunt is getting old, been through lots of wars, and took quite a beating... he probably drops out of the top 10, do you think he's done?

3. Do you see Meisha having a rebound towards the belt? will she hang it up too?

4. Does Edgar pose any threat to Cruz? or our his title dreams nearing a close?

5. DC and Anderson are both reaching the end of their careers, do you think either one of them is done?

6. Diego and Gomi got finished within 1 round, Lauzon and Miller both have the opportunity to go out with perfect endings, will any of these 4 hang it up?

7. Lesnar? should he stay or go?

3. I see miesha starting a succesful career as a pornstar

Gomi needs to retire as soon as humanly possible

Anderson should have retired after his second fight with chris weidman

Diego and Gomi need to retire and someone might aswell stick a fork in Hendricks, him and Pettis have just fell off.

Everyone else will be fine.

I agree with this.... but I could see any of the hypotheticles I through out happening...

Hunt vs Black Beast
Miesha vs Zingano 2

Frankie should definitely consider dropping to 135 lbs.

How is DC done? He fought safe to ensure victory and not cause too much damage to Andy.

Diego and Gomi should both retire.

Lesnar should have no problems with anyone except top 5. But I think it would be smarter for him to stay at WWE. He made a statement and should retire on a win.

1. Big problem for Johny is people are starting to question his heart/dedication. I think his days as a serious contender are at an end.
2. Mark Hunt will keep on trucking, people will always look forward to a Hunt fight.
3. I think Miesha might be done. Maybe start focusing on Carraway's fight career.
4. I believe there's still hope for Frankie at FW but it will depend on how other things play out.
5. DC will keep fighting, don't really know where Anderson goes from here. He still has the desire to fight.
6. I believe all 4 will continue fighting. Gomi in Japan, Diego... Maybe UFC brass try to convince him to hang it up but the dude is crazy. Might want one last hurrah.
7. They'll probably look to bring him back for some big event.

1. Hendricks loses some MW fights then retires or gets cut
2. Hunt isn't going anywhere
3. Meisha will go down to 125 when they open that division up (I know this was a tough cut but I still feel she goes down.)
4. Edgar drops to 135
5. Anderson retires after his next win, DC is still the LHW champ what are you saying with that one?
6. Gomi retires the other 3 are fine.
7. Lesnar is going to come back and keep fighting until he loses again

I wouldn't be surprised if they just cut Hendricks out right. I'm fairly certain that Dana hates him.

Ol Hunto will be alright. I want him vs Browne.

1. Bellator
2. Retire
3. Retire
4. Will continue to decline to gatekeeper status, never sniff another a title
5. Anderson is cooked. DC will hold the strap for ~2 more fights and then father time wins
6. Diego should, but he will be fighting until he dies. Over to Asia next. Can't seem him getting medically cleared in the US. Gomi is cooked. J-Lau still has 2-3 more in him. I thought Miller was retired. Bellator.
7. STAY. BECOME CHAMP.

1. He'd eat himself out of 185 anyways. He should just fight at Rumbleweight.

2. He wasn't ever going to get a title shot, if that's what you mean. Could be good to keep around for 1-3 more fights as a test for prospects.

3. I expect she'll try, but after fighting with her face the first couple rounds of every match she's been in, I'm not sure how much she's got left. Gatekeeper, probably.

4. No. Edgar is the basic version of Dillashaw, and Cruz is the final evolution, like Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard.

5. DC is fine; he's literally only ever lost to Jon Jones. Silva took a fight on 2 days notice, with no camp and coming off a surgery. He's probably done as a top guy, but he's got a couple money fights left in him.

6. I don't see Lauzon or Miller hanging it up just yet, Gomi probably should but probably wouldn't say no if the UFC called him about another fight, and I expect Sanchez will keep fighting until the UFC refuses to give him any more fights.

7. He should go.

1) Hendricks needs to lay off the meat and get to his real weight class. He's going to end up like Marvin Eastman, who lingered at 205 despite not having the frame for it with nothing to show in return.
2) Hunt will stay, considering how long Zuffa continues to hold on to Roy Nelson and Frank Mir for the fans.
3) Meisha will hover at the top of 135 until a no name knocks her off. Now they have the perfect opportunity to rematch Zingano to see who starts a legit climb back up the heap.
4) Edgar has a puncher's chance any fight. He'd be dropping another weight class though and he'd be sacrificing power, and who knows if he really wants to make that drop.
5) You are sniffing glue. DC is not going to hang it up while he wears a guaranteed pay day around his waist. Plus, Silva had nothing to lose considering he was bailing the company out on two days notice.
6) Gomi may get cut before he retires. He's an old name that doesn't resonate with younger mainstream fans. Not a long term prospect to spend big contract money on. The other three will linger because they've been good company men.
7) Lesnar was a "one fight at a time" situation going into this. I don't see him dedicating his life to another title run. He really doesn't need it since he generates big paydays against the right opponents. I'm sure he'd love a final rubber match against Mir. He could also try to avenge his losses to Velasquez and Overeem since he insists those losses were due to his diverticulitis. I think they are due to the holes in his striking, but I'd still watch to see if he can turn those rematches around.

There's been a lot of talk of DC retiring recently, by done I don't mean washed up, I mean would he just retire after beating Silva at 200

Ah one thing I forgot to consider. Maybe Meisha will take a fight with Cyborg at catchweight. She's shown interest in doing so before if I recall.

I can't imagine Gomi not getting cut after this.

But then again, I know Dana gives the Japs extra chances for market consideration.

Akiyama for example probably should have been cut a while ago.

Ditto for Kid Yamamoto.
