2 Or 3 Fighters In UFC’s Weaker Divisions Who Could Be Built Up For Title Fights in 2019?

Right now we have three champ vs. champ super fights going down. As exciting as UFC makes it sound, this wouldn’t be happening if at least some of those six divisions had enough credible challengers to make things interesting.

So who can build themselves up enough for 2019 to be title challengers for these divisions?
