160 Main Card Upset?

Would love to see Bigfoot with a win, and I picked him on Tapology and the fantasy picks on Sherdog. But I doubt he'll actually win. I think Grant has the best shot at an upset.

Even though the heavyweights can be unpredictable, I agree with the ts and I also say KJ. But I'm not too confident there will be an upset on the main card.

I hope TJ gets upset over Maynard. TJ is just so fun to watch and on top of that Maynard is out for almost a year, its a long time and could be a big thing in 3rd fight if Maynard struggles with ring rust in first two rounds. If TJ wins it will be via some nasty elbows, always like to see those

Noons and Grant are likely upsets. The rest will go as planned I think

Noons stand up is way overrated and he has no ground game. He is going to get destroyed and he will continue to get destroyed until the UFC drops him.

Te Huna and pyle are underdogs that i bet on.

eh, i think cowboy is alot more versatile then KJ and that will be the difference.

best chance of an upset imo is Hunt, eh

Texiera and Velasquez will stomp their opponents. I think Maynard will pull this one off too if he uses a wrestling heavy game plan. Noons & Hunt have good value if you are looking for good bets.

I find it fucking hilarious that Noons is the so called underdog

Who has he beat to make you think he shouldn't be the underdog against Cerrone? Noons has no ground game while Cerrone is a damn good one so pretty obvious why he's the underdog.

because he's had a few poor decisions recently (robbed against Couture).

Yeah and Masvidal kicked the crap out of him and Thomson wrestlefucked him. KJ isn't successful when he faces legit fighters.

Noons has wicked standup and will SCHOOL Cerrone.

Cerrone's kickboxing and wrestling will make easy work of KJ.

bigfoot
upset king

fedor overeem now cain

Remember when Cain destroyed Bigfoot about a year ago? Yeah that's gonna happen again.

Cowboy is much more active and diverse with his strikes which is essentially the determining factor in this fight. Kj's best chance to win is to counter Cerrone similar to how Cung finished Franklin. Cowboy will also have the height and reach advantage(i see it quite hard for Kj to win).
If Holloway can land to the body of Bermudez early i think he should have a chance of slowing him down where he may be able to land some solid strikes in the 3rd for possibly a finish. Bermudez could have arguably lost or drew with Grice. Bermudez gets rocked in a fair amount of his fights(Grice,Akira) and Holloway is a solid/diverse striker, it seems like his fights can only continue to go his way only so many times in the way that they play out(Gatti-esque )

I think Cerrone will surprise everyone and take Noons down and submit him in the 2nd round. Donald has a excellent ground game that he never shows because he likes to stand. He is also staying at 175 between fights so no more cutting from 190 in 1 week. I think it took a very humbling finish by Pettis to make Cerrone get his ass in gear.

Grant has a good chance. Maynard is in love with his boxing style. He has strong fundamentals and heavy hands but TJ brings a pressure in the striking that will fluster Gray if Gray does not involve his wrestling.

That being said, Gray seems to return to his wrestling roots in fights in which it is important to do so -see Florini- and Grant has historically been susceptible to strong takedown artists.

might be a clean sweep i see maynard getting his tds and come on...cerrone will destroy noons hunt and bigfoot have a punchers chance tho o yea glover will gnp te huna

I think TJ Grant or Mark Hunt have the best chance at an upset on the main card. I like KJ but i really don't see him beating Cowboy. I would be shocked if Cowboy doesn't try and take KJ down. Once it's on the mat Cowboy subs him.

I think in order of upset likeliness:
Grant, Noons, Te Huna, Hunt, Bigfoot.
pretty obvious to me.
