Man that was a good workshop. I think Philip did a really good job running it, even though a few things started late haha.

Got a chance to sit down with Hoost at lunch today. Talked a lot about whats going on in K-1 right now. He had some tough words for the outside pressures on K-1, especially the Japanese TV directors. All together though, he was a great teacher, and would definitely jump at the chance to work with him again.

They will come later. 2day is a day where Philip shows Ernesto the region. After that we can expect pics. I also heard it was a great success.

just got back.
I 'll post the interview in a day or two.
I gotta thaw out after driving about 2500 kms,training about 14hrs .....all in just 3 days !

btw it was AWESOME !!!
