155 is way deeper and just has better fighters. Jose never moved up. Conor moved up and is 1-1. I remember back in the day we use to talk about Jose moving up and dominating, but that was back in the BJ and Frankie days. Even though its only 10 pounds, it makes a huge difference. Max might not even be a top 5 LW and he is considered the best FW ever. Today's 155 is the deepest weight class ever in the history of the sport. Aldo would get destroyed by most of the top 10. Masvidal, and Pettis are recent examples of 155 being the best.
