Initial reports said there was more than one sniper, but at the news conference, Brown indicated the dead suspect may have been the sole gunman. Although he told police he was "not affiliated" with anyone else, three others were being held.

I live in NY & so far nothing terrible has happened here. Though at Times Square a large # of people showed up to protest the deaths of Alton & Philando and Police got into a pushing/shoving & shouting match with protesters, for a second I thought shi* might get out of control but luckily no one got injured or hurt. Still, I have a bad feeling this is not the end of all the atrocities we have so far experienced. I personally hope no more violence happens but damn my gut turns sometimes about this whole thing. I just feel that bad stuff is still a coming. I hope to God I'm wrong though.

As I already posted in another post, Rodney King was getting his ass beat on national television in 1991, a quarter century ago, and the result was half of L.A. being burned down. You could pretty much pick the 60's, 70's, 80's, whatever and there would be all sorts of horrible shit happening.

Eleven officers shot, five of them dead is, AFAIK, the worst such shooting in my lifetime.

All lives matter. White, black, Hispanic, blue, and otherwise.

Did I support blaming Trump for the shootings in LA or MN? Pretty sure it was always the police as it's been for oh...50 or so years.

Response: Not saying it's right for a second but, when certain blacks generalize white people it's not exactly a shock when certain white people generalize blacks.

Would you be so disingenuous to argue that the above comment isn't a justification/rationalization of the murder?
