Looked that way to me, cut right through his forehead with one blow. But does the elbow have to be pointing down at 90 degrees to be considered 12 to 6?

It was a 12-6, but the angle of forearm looked almost parellel to ground level, so it didn't look "pointy".

If you point ur elbow down with ur arm vertical and it pivots while vertical, then its illegal. If you dont slang the pivoting arm action and just drop the elbow down with holding ur hand somewhat stationary, it isnt..... it is, but in the rules, it isnt. Its a stupid fucking rule and we all know it.
