101 Submissions Vol1 or Vol2

I have been doing BJJ for 4 years and people always ask what it is. Someone told me that these are good dvds to show friends and family. I also would not mind picking up some new setups.

Should i get Vol 1 or Vol 2? Or are they about the same?

Pros and cons for both.

Vol #1 is older but it has a awesome soundtrack and almost no commercials.

Vol #2 is newer but its soundtrack is not as good as the first and is FILLED with promos and commercials in the beginning. Its really like going to the movies or watching one at home and you just try to fast forward to the disc.

I liked both for different reasons but if I had to show someone bjj or submission wrestling I would pick #1. Just me though.
