at the bottom of the new york times article its saying only one rape ((Was reported)) which on new years eve with crowds of thousands of people((not just muslims)) as bad as it sounds, its probably not really unheard of in most cities to have 1 rape reported

but over all i think its all building up to something this racial/religious strife which has now managed to be shipped worldwide

the title itself conjures a pretty horrible image

We don't currently have any suspects, so we don't know who the perpetrators were. All we know is that police on the scene perceived them to be young men, between 18 - 35, of North African or Arab origin.
