Appreciate that bud. Considering the fact that nobody has been able to provide a single example in response to the question, I would say that the original post should be considered compelling. This may very well be the first fight in recent times that a round was scored 10-8 by both the judges and the fans where the fighter who won the round was out struck.

Perhaps it'd be better to start posting threads about UFC fighter beef on twitter, or even a thread about the Paul brothers. Surely that'll display a more complex and intelligently formed thread than a question about 10-8 rounds.

I think you're a little confused as to the premise of this thread topic.

As to the original question, I can't think of any fights where that has happened.
I'm sure a good number of those strikes were leg kicks and as many others have pointed out, what appeared to be a knockdown followed by a flurry to end the round.
