So I'm still REALLY underwhelmed with the UFC 200 card. Top down, it's pretty loaded with big names, but it's not the greatest thing ever made like Dana has been hyping the milestone event over the last year. The lone legit title fight is a womans match, and it doesn't have Rousey or Holm (Sorry, the interim b.s. that Dana put on the Aldo/Edgar fight is beyond dumb)

I'm wondering if Dana and the UFC is just seeing how things shake up over the next few months to add another big title fight? I think the Lawler vs GSP rumors are just a pipe dream sadly.. but there's A LOT of potential.. which of these scenarios would you be most hyped about?

Lawler vs the Rory/Wonderboy winner if healthy
Cormier vs Bones if Jon's healthy
Werdum/Stipe winner vs the winner of today's JDS/Rothwell matchup

JDS can't fight for the title after just one win.

Hopefully its not RDA vs Alvarez, that has got snoozefest written all over it. hopefully its Jones vs Cormier

yeah i think our minds will be blown when the card is finalised

He hasn't impressed me since coming to the UFC. One loss and two split decisions doesn't really warrant a title shot imo.
Well he beat the last lightweight champion and then before that he beat a juiced up former Strikeforce champion. There's nobody else that really deserves it more.

RDA is a beast but he isn't a "Must see fighter." Alvarez is the most boring contender possible. This fight does not move the needle at all in terms of PPV buys. People wanna see exciting match ups. This ain't it.

Pettis losing to Alvarez really fucked everything up. He was supposed to steamroll Alvarez to set up a rematch with RDA. Losing to Alvarez really hurt his stock/perception and fucked up the rotation. At least we get Barboza vs Pettis.

I doubt there will be FOUR 5 round fights. The UFC wouldn't want to risk a similar incident like UFC 33 when the broadcast ran over and cut out early on many cable systems (in the middle of the Ortiz-Matyushenko fight).

Maybe Lawler. Maybe DC/Jones II.

The rumor is whatever the fight is, it has a 50/50 chance of happening. That sounds like a Jones fight to me.

I doubt they put McGregor, RDA, Aldo and Edgar on the one card. The weigh ins would be a shitshow.

There was some bum who was supposed to fight for the title in a higher class without even defending the belt once.
