Please. DC would dominate. Cro Cop would be so concerned with DC's amazing clinch that he'd get wrecked by strikes. Probably just like Stipe. They are both Croation.Cro Cop is like 16-1 vs wrestlers.
If Coleman, Randleman, Aliakbari, Fujita, Herring, Barnett, King Mo, Ron Waterman, Sakuraba, or Dos Caras didn`t outwrestle him, then that is a pretty strong case that DC would not also.
In the ring and under japanese rules wrestling is a lot less important than in american rules and cage. There is no fence to grind, and allowed clinch time is significantly shorter. Also, Cormier would hardly finish CC on the ground without elbows that were forbidden in Pride rules. Even Fedor was not able to do anything with GNP, and DC would not also with his short hands and no elbows.
Cro Cop has large arsenal of different strikes and kicks, fients and combinations where you block one thing, but you are tnen open for another. Especialy if the fight is in the ring where you get cornered easily, no space to circle around, no fence to grind and tire your opponent and no unified rules to protect you from soccer kicks and knees to the head on the ground on failed takedown attempts.
Lmao @ fluke.
Keep trying to change reality. DC would "fluke" Cro Cop into dust.
But not allAlmost all title shots go to fighters who deserved it.
But not all
{<Mcgoat}
And they don't always go to fighters who deserve them. Everytime someone gets an undeserved shot, someone deserving isn't getting it, and windows of opportunity close - meaning there isn't always a corrective moment.

Do you think think cro cop could beat DC in his prime, because DC said he struggles with people that kick and Cro Cop has lethal kicks, and if not which heavyweight do you think would be a bad mad up for DC?
Cormier ducks to the right and eats a high kick.
Cemetary.
I don't think it's really overblown. It's had/is having an impact on the credibility of the UFC, which is the pinnacle of MMA - and now even hardcore fans scoff at the notion of it being a sport. It's literally being compared to pro wrestling by people who know the difference, and way more than has ever happened in the past.http://forums.sherdog.com/threads/ufc-title-fights-legit.3794639/
yes, in there rare situations that happens, it impacts others. happens in the fight game, and always has been a part of it, for over 100 years. but again, its very rare and an overblown issue.

again, it's not happening more than it has in the past. it's simply not.
i'm repeating the link because you see it there.

Cro Cop would land a nice strike or two but that's about it tbh
Gotta love those hot-then-cold types of fighters. Not really a "fluke" so much as Randleman was unbelievable flaky, on his day he was capable of pulling off incredibly moments but not with any kind of consistency and just as capable of throwing matches away.
The same is really true for Gonzaga, dangerous on the day when everything went perfectly against a Mirko not well trained for the cage/elbows.
"They are both Croation."
