More boxing and footwork ish tonight in the gym.
 
Was in the gym tonight. 3x3 minute rounds jump rope.

Some walk knee work.

Some light bag work.

Then pad work focusing on my game plan for the fight, footwork and such.

Light clinch gameplan tomorrow.
 
Oh, and everything felt great tonight, coming together. Hands, kicks, knees, everything felt fluid.
 
..and only 2 more days to go and your gonna be a champ, man.
What belt is it (WKA, IKF etc)?
 
That's always a great feeling. I forgot to mention that the Tabata stuff didn't seem too difficult after being away from II for a while and focusing on weights. Gotta love it.

Haha I'm sorry guys. Trainer pulled me cause I was mad sick, that virus I had this whole month went crazy 2 days ago, I was sent home from work early and shit.

It didn't matter cause the other guy came in 10 lbs over so my trainer wasn't gonna let me fight him anyway.
 
Ahh, fuck. That's too bad.

Speaking of bad, that's a bag show for a champ to be 10lbs over too.
 
Yea he thought he fought a guy from my gym a while back and won, so people were saying he was taking this fight lightly.
 
My trainer wants to try and arrange a fight for us midway through the year.
