Fighters landing shots to the back of the head while going for a finish isn't new. Actually, that was only one clean shot to the back of the head, maybe two.. Usually there is like 4-5 shots to the back of the head the ref does nothing about. I'm surprised people ain't complaining about this more often. I see it all the time in fights.
