Here is the answer to your stupid question. MM, Bisping and DeRandamie are all completely different.
1. TJ Dillishaw isn't the number 1 contender at 125 lbs in the UFC. The UFC forced MM to accept a fight with Ray Borg and he did. Then they tried to force him to fight TJ a 135 lb fighter who has never made weight at 125, not even in wrestling. They "Guaranteed" DJ that TJ would make weight but when he wanted them to back up that guarantee contractually they balked. DJ is a record setting champion who has done nothing but defend against the top contenders in his class.
2. Bisping hasn't refused to fight the number 1 contender. The UFC hasn't forced him to defend against the number 1 contender. They made the Henderson fight which I was OK with because it was Hendo's last fight and Bisping deserved the last chance to get the rematch. I was OK at the time if they had made Yoel rematch Jacare and The Chris rematch Luke since they were clearly the top 4 at the time but who was really #1? Yoel's win over Jacare was close (I scored it for Jacare) and he popped for juice. Luke was booked to rematch the Chris but promptly got KO's by Bisping as a late replacement so they still had reason to fight IMO. Bisping not fighting Yoel is the UFC's fault for not insisting on it. They have chosen other fights to make but they are interesting fights on some level.
3. DeRandamie took a FW title fight with Holly Holm because both women were considered to be booked to fight Cyborg for that title. She took that fight knowing that winning that belt means fighting Cyborg. She publicly refuses to fight Cyborg who is literally the only contender, there isn't another 145 lb WMMA fighter for her to fight. There are no other fights to make. JDR is saying Cyborg shouldn't be allowed to fight because she is a know cheater for a test back in 2011 but only hold the belt because she rocked her opponent after the bell TWICE at the end of rounds. JDR isn't the commission and doesn't get to day who can be licensed and who can't. UFC said fight Cyborg or we strip you and JDR would rather be stripped then KO'd.

And DJ agreed to fight if the UFC would back up their "Guarantee" that he makes weight in the contract. DJ isn't ducking he just isn't taking the UFC & Dana's Bnll Sh!t.

Who really gives a sh!t that Conor's gonna box a boxing GOAT, if Conor was a boxer with real boxing matches under his belt I would actually be intrigued. MMA boxing is not boxing. There's a good reason why boxing is called the sweet science and Conor is gonna get lessons from the professor.
MM is gonna fight a fellow mma fighter who Dana thought highly of and pushed DJ to fight despite worthier suggestions rejected by Dana until Cody & TJ fell through then Borg became dog sh!t.
