Fedor never fought under USADA, and he fought in an organization that encouraged fighters to dope, and he comes from a country with government sponsored doping programs.If your basis for "clean" is "never being popped", then Fedor.
Are you just going to take him at his word that he never doped? Come on, son. The best answer is we don't know. So, the logical progression is to either (1) not dismiss fighters based on USADA results or (2) only include fighters who are under the USADA program.
