Dustin Poirier: Has surged since his return to 155 and has looked really really good. He has KO's over two top 5 fighters in one year and they weren't lucky KOs, he beat guys down.

DC: Defended his LHW title and then KO'd Stipe for the HW title. Double Champ baby

Marlon Moraes: His win over Aljo was in December, but I'll give him an exception because it was so close to 2018. He then KO's Rivera and makes it look easy. Probably will be the next champ.

Who has the best wins this year?

DC winning another title is hard to top. He gets my vote, Poirier has been an absolute savage though.

DC easily.

Champion in two divisions at the same time. And he knocked Stipe out.

DC but if Rory beats Mousasi then winning the WW and MW titles in 2018 would be pretty massive.

Jon Jones when he comes back and inevitably either finishes Gus or takes a title away from DC

Cormier by far. He defended his belt by dominating a surging contender and then won a belt at another weight class. No one else on that list can say that.

Daniel Cormier is the champ champ.

<DC-Champ>

He's on Brock's radar now.

Chael Sonnen if he beats Fedor's doughy head in and then goes on to win the finale.

Yep, can't argue with the first few responses.

DC is the logical choice, and hard to deny.

Jones.

DC got the HW strap, and Jones has his number.

So, it's Jones.
