I'm going with 'Uriah Hall'...

Brandon Vera.
Im gonna go out on a limb here abd say bj penn. Looked like crap for like what? Pushing 6 years or so? But still hyped up. The pantera matchup...i know BJ is a leg3nd because he takes on all commers but who ever the matchmaker must have known...

Todd Duffee after he KO a guy in 9 seconds, there was a lot of talk that he was the future.
But after his very next fight started his downfall.

But yeah maybe the Uriah Hall case is worse...

BJ Penn won both the lightweight and welterweight title. Bad pick.

I agree with Brandon Vera . we all bought into his hype. Phil Nover was hyped by Dana but not by most fans..
