White QB privilege in NFL - New Article

While I don't agree with the article I have always wondered why guys like Vince Young, Robert Griffin, Colin Kaepernik are not given another chance.

I tend to believe that due to the competitive nature of pro football teams usually start the best QB. He could be green, if he can throw TD's they would start him

Vince because he couldn't pass, Robert because he's made of glass, and Colin because of politics (nothing to do with play).

The notion that black QBs are suffering discrimination AFTER they have reached disproportionate representation per capita at the position is a farce.

Just an extension of the victim culture. If all blacks aren't succeeding, it's never their fault, it's the system's/white people's fault.
