Anyone want to go to Japan?

I applied for a NSF scholarship to China while still in college, but didn't make the final cut. It was working on that huge ass 3 gorges dam that flooded 3 million angry peoples homes, and is now turning out to be a huge failure, so maybe it was for the best.

Not too terrible, felt a little sick and didnt sleep well so it could have been better. 500 came up about 6 inches and just kind of hung there. Should get it next time I pull for a PR.

Thanks, and good luck man. I always get sick this time of year, and sure enough starting yesterday it hit me. I have to breath out my mouth to sleep which always fucks me up and gaurantees a horrendous night of sleep. I'll probably speed pull next week and give 500 a go the week after again. Yes, I am definetely putting the 2.5's on just so I can say 500.
 
I've been hitting the saline nasal spray hard. lol. I don't want to get blocked up so I feel like a sloshy water-head.

My wife has taken to sleeping on the couch for a few days to escape my non-stop snoring. I've found myself staring at my alarm clock, hours before its set to go off. I hate this aspect of fall/winter.

I also like the band leg curls. I use them after heavy squats and deads.
 
You can chalk that 5-wheeler up for next time. You really had to put the 2.5's on each side? I would rather pull 5 less pounds than be seen with those diminutive specks on the end of my bar.

Thirty pounds on the total this week, and was sick most of it. Happy days, happy days. Picked up some rechargeable batteries so hopefully I can get some film of my squat day Sunday.
 
congrats on the deadlift and bench PRs. Cissus really is a wonderful supplement. If you start to train your grip consistantly then you'll begin to appreciate it even more. I used to get tendinitis-like symptoms which caused me to take weeks or even months off while now I dont need to. Havent had to take weeks off from grip training ever since I been on cissus for last couple of years. Glucosamine/Chondroitin is also good for the shoulders if it's cartilage issue.

I am pushing the fucking weight up every week. I'm just worried that I'm going to hit a wall soon. I forgot my damn camera, so no footage yet. I would have liked it to check the depth on the 385, but it felt deep as hell and I always go a few inches below parallel anyways. I was in oly shoes too. First time I've done good mornings in a long damn time, going to incorporate those more.

I am starting to like chocamine in my stack. Pretty good stimulant too. Just dont make the same mistake as zero and take cocaine....they are not quite the same thing...

funny shit man, this one's not going anywhere for a good while. Oh yeah i another ohio boy didn't even see that where are you from. bucks #1 if 4 teams lose got my fingers crossed.
 
Ugh, who knows with this season. It's a shame our loss came late in the season, as long as you lose early it never seems to bite you in the ass when the BCS rankings come out. If you look at the computer rankings that add in strength of schedule, we are tied for third with WVU I believe.
 
can't really bitch about a year where you only lose one game go to the rose bowl, and beat michigan. OSU fans have gotten spoiled under tressel, anyways keep up the good liftin and funny posts.
