Which Survivingmode-Style you like the most in the UFC?

1. Frankie. The guy has a chin of steel and heart for days. Every time I have seen him get hurt (except against T-City), he makes adjustments, creates distance, or just goes to slam you so he can recover.
2. Anderson. We never really saw him get rocked often (not one that I can think of right now. Let me know if you have a specific example), but he also made adjustments in his game and his fight IQ would take over.
3. The Korean Zombie. Every time I have seen him rocked he just tucked his chin and walked forward.

Just fall to the ground and cover up, let the other guy use all his energy going for the finish, then get up and drown him.

I LOVE THE MCGREGOR STYLE OF SURVIVING

It’s his BJJ that allows him to do it. Most guys (particularly striking specialists) aren’t exactly begging for the opportunity to jump into his guard.

Ya, it's an under-utilized tactic for guys who like to fight on the feet, but do possess an advantage on the ground. Just fall when you feel a big shot connect, even if you're not that hurt, so they cant follow up and catch you with anything huge while you're not all there.

Take guys like Donald Cerrone and Luke Rockhold. I can think of several fights they could have turned around if they had reacted to big shots by just going to their backs and giving themselves time to recover, or even reverse the position on the ground.

Robbie Lawler is fun. He starts swinging rather wildly and actually does some serious damage with those bombs.
Tony Ferguson's crazy funk wrestling mode is great to watch.
And Korean Zombie simply because the guy is a legit lunatic.

Well, and post-prime Fedor. Sloppy swinging, usually ending in someone getting knocked out badly. It's not fun watching him do that to himself as a fan of his, but it sure as hell gets you to the edge of your seat.

Yoel- recover, survive, EXPLODE
Yoel has pulled off some seriously impressive comeback knockouts long after he gassed. He’s kind of unique in that he can still find that explosive power at the right time

Ninja Rua had a pretty good survival mode.
He still bobbed and weaved and often made them miss the KO shot.

Hey, i just start with my top 3 fighters.
I just like how they move, especially when they got rocked or are out of stamina and in real danger, the way they survive - THE SURVIVING MODE in general. I think in moments like this you see if a fighter is truly a good or sucks.

1 - Cub Swanson
2 - Tony F.
3 - Edson Barboza

Yeah, post ur TOP 3! i whould love to see.

Edgar. Surviving by both guts and intelligence, and not only surviving but intelligently adapting his style to turn the fight around. Of course I'm talking about the later Maynard fights.

See that fucking combat roll? He's fighting Dark Souls bosses in there.
