Which school ,FTCC (Darren Uyenoyama) or Ocean Beach Barra Brothers (Carlos Sapao)

I know this an old thread but oh well I already typed it out. I go to ftcc for open mat on sundays
I've trained with Darren at fight and fitness
He is an excellent teacher and they just remodeled the gym
He's usually there and I understand what you mean. It's a "gym" more than "academy " I guess
I've also trained with Sapao
Ralph's youngest BB
Great guy and teaches Jiu Jitsu more formally and 99% gi

They are also no where near each other

Ftcc= all the modern tech + mma and no hand holding there
Ocean beach/barra bros = traditional/ family style

There is also bay jj. Talk to Travis , the BB in the mission. We came up together and he is a great instructor

Or 10th planet SF and you can hang out with me and Denny.
