When you get the cold or flu are your symptoms harsh or just mild?

Ever since I moved ro the desert my sinuses have been fucked. Feel like I have a mild cold all the time. Get bloody noses and have a raw spot on the inside of my right nostril that never seems to fully heal.

In the valley it's been incredibly smoky. Some days it looks like london fog.

Im the opposite when I go to Indio or Palm springs my sinus clears up that dry heat is great for my nose. Brother please take care of yourself man, try to use warm water to rinse your nose and don't pick it with your fingers it could make it worse. and blow gently into a toilet paper and flush it.

you gotta be careful it could get infected since its raw.
